Streets of Rage Axel

Silly joke for a simple pic.

Aside from the 90's-vs.-today joke, this is also a bit of a role reversal since Blaze is often drawn with super tight, revealing clothes (I'm guilty of that too). Obviously, I had to make Axel well-endowed following that logic. Axel is too manly to have it any other way!

I do intend to draw a more serious Axel pic at a later point.
